Tri-Cycle and Wheel Chair Distribution for the Differently Abled
Jharkhand Mahila Jagriti, with the support received from the JD Foundation, carried out the distribution of tri-cycles and wheelchairs to the differently-abled people of the community on 3 October 2021. The distribution was carried out in the presence of DDM NABARD Shri Prem Kumar, who told everyone that they should never think of themselves as any less capable than others — with determination, they can achieve whatever they want. Jharkhand Mahila Jagriti also assured everyone of any further support they may require, anytime.
The distribution of tricycles and wheelchairs will not only help the differently-abled in their day-to-day activities, but will also boost their self-confidence.
Jharkhand Mahila Jagriti is actively working to integrate the marginalized sections of society into the mainstream by making them capable and self-sufficient.
