Our Cultural Team: Street Plays and Awareness on Government Schemes
Jharkhand Mahila Jagriti, Amritnagar, Hazaribagh, has worked in social development since 2008, supported by its members, the community, donor agencies and government small grants.
Alongside child education, women's empowerment, livelihood promotion and training, JMJA helps rural people learn about government schemes and use them properly.
Its own trained cultural team continuously performs street plays and role plays on superstition, alcoholism, child marriage, domestic violence and access to government schemes in project villages assigned by the District Public Relations Office, Ramgarh.
